The Pima County Office of the Medical Examiner handles cases for three southern Arizona counties. Based out of Tucson, Ariz., the PCOME staff handle a growing number of migrant deaths including unidentified bodies.
John Doe - ML case # 10-00438, a John Doe, was found February 25, 2010, but is estimated to have been in the desert for one to five years.
